Providers have been asked to submit information about the nature of their practice, their education, training and experience, and their fee structure. Consumers are encouraged to direct specific questions regarding qualifications and experience to the individual provider or organization under consideration. Consumers are also encouraged to ask for references and to check those references to verify information given by the provider.
